CWU Life Cover Plan

The CWU, through its Insurance Broker, Halligan Insurances, has launched the CWU Life Cover Plan. The Plan provides members with €100,000 Life Cover for only €3.50 per person per week. Full tax reliefis available on these contributions and so you will only have to pay as little as €1.96 per week(assuming tax at 41% and RSI at 6%).

In addition you can opt to cover your spouse/partner with €100,000 Life Cover for an additional €3.00 per week. Unfortunately there is no tax relief available on this premium. If however you opt to include your spouse/partner thenthere is €10,000 Life Cover provided for your children (up to age 21) FREE OF CHARGE.

The costs are the same for all members regardless of your age, whether you are male or female and whether you smoke or not. For more details click here to view the CWU Life Cover Explanatory Booklet
