Set out hereunder are the payment dates for the final phase of 2.5% increase due to staff in An Post, with effect from 1st August 2008.

Weekly Paid Staff                       29 August 2008
 Fortnightly Paid Staff                 5  September 2008
Arrears on Basic Pay, Allowances & Overtime  5  September 2008

As the duration for the final phase payment under Towards 2016 expires after six months, a new Pay Agreement for our members in An Post is required to be agreed with the
Company with effect from the 1st February 2009.  I will revert to you separately on this matter in due course.
