You will be aware of the above agreement that deals with residual clerical and conversion issues and reduced the number of Company Office Conversions to forty.

Preliminary implementation issues were identified with the Company in March including issues arising from the Regional Structure and agreement on suitable work for the Area Office Staff affected, in addition to extension of the General Provisions of the Clerical & Administrative Work Practice Change Agreement.
 
The Union has now been provided with the list of a further nine Offices selected by the Company for conversion under this agreement. The list of Conversion Offices below is now provided to also help clarify options for members affected in the phase II offices that are currently being progressed towards conversion.

As provided for in the agreement the schedule to advance the conversion process will be discussed with the company and when agreed, the Offices and Branches concerned will be contacted to begin the process involving meetings at which a standard presentation will be given to staff outlining the consultation process. In agreeing arrangements, it is advised that Mr Bill Colfer, Partnership Co-ordinator, will be available to attend the meetings as he will provide any assistance required by the Branch and the individuals at the offices involved.
