I attach copy of a Labour Relations Commission proposal in respect of the Union’s Claim for payment of the On Call Allowance to both Managers in Retail and C&D who share premises.

I am pleased to confirm that both the Union and Company have accepted this proposal.  I will revert to you further in receipt of confirmation from An Post of the payment details.
