I wish to advise you of the payment date of the Non-Consolidated Allowance for provincial members
working in the Ancillary Services area.

An Post has confirmed to the Union that payment of the increases, including retrospection, will be made on the 23rd November 2007 i.e.

 Phase 1  4.167% from 16th January 2006
 Phase 2 Additional 4.167% from 15th January 2007
