Sufficient supplies of ballot papers and envelopes together with a Branch Register of members in An Post  comprehended by the proposals are enclosed.

The Postal Executive is recommending that members vote in favour of the Labour Relations Commission  proposal.

The closing date for receipt of ballot papers to the Union’s Auditors is 12 noon Thursday 20th September 2007.

Branch Secretaries should return all unused ballot papers together with the signed Branch Register no later than 12 noon Thursday 20th September 2007.
