I wish to advise you that agreement has been reached at Joint Conciliation Council for an increase of 3% on all rates of subsistence with effect from 1st July 2006.

It was also agreed that mileage rates would increase as indicated in the table attached at appendix 1 and that the rates would be applicable from 1st July 2006.

Dates for payment of same will issue later.
