To ensure that we, as a Union, maximise the number of completed signature sheets that are returned to head office I would ask that you refer to the attached breakdown of branch secretaries.

This communications and contacts breakdown has been put together on the basis that the workload of contacting all of the postal branches can be shared between members of the National Executive and others.

Can you please ensure that all branches are contacted and that completed signature sheets are returned.

The response to date from the branches has been good from those that have already returned completed signature sheets but there are a significant number of branches that have yet to make a return.  It is essential to the success of this petition that every branch and indeed every member get the support of their family and friends.
