You will be aware that the Collection & Delivery Agreement provides for changes in the following areas:

• Leave in Lieu
• Annual Leave
• Absence from Work
• Holiday Pay

An Post has advised the Union of their intention to issue the company’s circulars next week outlining the implementation of these changes.  Branches should monitor closely the introduction of the changes and advise Union Headquarters of any difficulties.
