I attach for your information a communication issued by the Monitoring Group in relation to the Company’s plans for the reconfiguration of Ballyfermot Delivery Office.

The Union believes that the Monitoring Group, in adopting this approach, has presented an opportunity for meaningful discussions to take place.  The Branches concerned, who will be impacted by the planned changes, will commence the process on Monday next and it is intended to engage meaningfully and positively in respect of the issues of concern to the Union.  We are hopeful that the process can be advanced to a mutually beneficial conclusion.
