Monica is responsible for the keeping of the accounts of the Union through the receipt and lodgements in the name of the Trustees of all monies received by the Union in such Banks as may be determined by the National Executive Council. She also prepares the Union's accounts for audit and the quarterly statement of accounts for the NEC or committee appointed by the NEC. She also prepares a report on the accounts and finances of the Union for Biennial Conference. Monica represents the CWU on the African Fund Projects through UNI, Intellectual Disability Housing Fund, Finance Committee and the Social Management Committee.
