Carol has responsibility for the equality brief and oversees union education. She represents the CWU on the ICTU the Disability Committe, Equality Committee and Women's Comittee. Carol is also on the Management Steeing Group of the Work Life Balance Network which is an EU funded project. She has also responsibility for CWU Diversity & Equality Commitee, the Diversity & Equality Advisory Panel and the Education Commitee. Carol also updates the union Website and is sub editor of the union journal "Connect".
