Joe has 24 years service in An Post and has served as Branch Secretary of the Dublin Postal Delivery Branch for the past nine years. He was a member of the National Executive Council from 2000 and is a member of the Postal Sectoral Executive since 2002. Joe served on the Letterpost Business Partnership Forum and has been with the Collection and Delivery Project for the past four years.
